Support

The TrainingRegister® Annual Support Package includes unlimited phone support and training for two contacts, and all software updates for the products purchased.  While support is current you will never have to purchase help or software updates.

 

The TrainingRegister® Annual Support Package is FREE to all users evaluating TrainingRegister for potential purchase.

The TrainingRegister® Annual Support Package is FREE to all clients for the first 12 months after the invoice date.

Can be renewed with or without a support contract.

If you are renting TrainingRegister (purchased a non-perpetual license) then renewing support will extent the license.

TrainingRegister® Support is not available on a fee per call basis.  There is a penalty to reactivate support if you let it expire.

Almost always, a real person will answer the phone.  We hope you never get voice mail during business hours but if you do, please try back in a few minutes.
